The Lancaster Cozy Crop House is located centrally in Lancaster County, a couple of miles north of Lancaster City. We do not publish the address for the privacy and security of our guests.

The Lititz Cozy Crop House is about five miles north of Lancaster. If you will be visiting either of the Cozy Crop Houses, we will provide you with directions.

We can show the property most weekdays, by appointment. We are not able to give tours on weekends when the house is being used by guests.

A hosted weekend is what we call our “Cozy Crop.” We provide meals, vendors, classes, prizes, and do all the prep and cleanup for you. Participants register on an individual basis, or a group can request that we provide hosting. Most of our Cozy Crops will now be hosted at the Lititz CCH, with some exceptions. Spaces at the Lititz house will be limited to 12-14, and at the Lancaster house will be limited to 10.

An unhosted weekend is when the house is rented for a group to use on its own, and for now is only offered at the Lancaster location. You would be responsible for all food, supplies such as paper goods and extra toilet paper, and cleanup as you would with renting any vacation property.

The first step is to contact us to be sure your desired dates are available. We will confirm availability and send you the required forms.

To reserve the Cozy Crop House for an unhosted weekend (available for Lancaster CCH only), a signed rental agreement and deposit of $100 is required.

To register for space at a Cozy Crop weekend, a registration form and deposit of $50 is required (for each registrant).

For an unhosted rental weekend:
Reservations cancelled more than 3 months prior to your reserved dates will get a full refund of deposit. Cancellations less than three months prior will forfeit your deposit; cancellations less than one month prior will forfeit your deposit and are responsible for the remaining balance.

For participation at a hosted Cozy Crop weekend:
Registrations cancelled more than 3 months prior to your Cozy Crop will get a full refund of deposit. Cancellations between 3 months and 1 month prior will get one-half of your deposit if we can fill your spot. Cancellations less than one month prior will forfeit your deposit and are responsible for the remaining balance.

You are welcome to find a replacement if your plans change too late to qualify for a full refund. We must be notified of the change and must have your replacement’s signed rental agreement, or registration form, whichever one was asked of you.

The Lancaster house has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have four twin beds, and one bedroom has one king bed and one double bed. There are two full baths in the bedroom wing, and one half bath in the other side of the house. Towels and linens are provided.

The Lititz house has five bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a queen and two twins, one has a double and a twin, one has two twins only, and one has two doubles and a twin.

We limit the number of guests in the Lancaster house to 10, whether or not they sleep at the Cozy Crop House. Though there are additional tables and spaces for meals and classes, we have found that the house is not suited for more than 10 croppers and all their “stuff.”

We limit the number of guests in the Lititz house to 16, for the same reasons.

Our Lancaster tool center includes both a Sizzix and Accucut machine, along with several dies and alphabets for both.

House rental includes use of our drawers full of stamps and punches, as well as the heat guns (for embossing and for shrink plastic), a light table, Fiskars dry embossing system, templates, and many idea books and magazines.

During our Cozy Crop (hosted) weekends, we provide use of our Cricut machine with our full selection of cartridges.

Yes, there is a computer station with wireless DSL service and a printer, which we try to maintain in operation for our guests’ use, though we do not guarantee it for every weekend due to our experience with computer problems!

The Lancaster Cozy Crop kitchen is set up to make group events easier. Besides the refrigerator and oven/range, we provide a microwave, Crockpot, toaster, coffeemaker, tea kettle, and even a milkshake machine. Food preparation implements, such as pans, casseroles, bowls, & silverware are also provided.

Groups renting the house for their own events are expected to bring all other food supplies, including coffee; tea; sugar & creamer; paper plates, towels & napkins; kitchen trash bags; dish soap; and food wrap.

We are pleased to have the Scrapinators line offered exclusively on our premises. This is a line of unique scrapbook embellishments, created by local scrappers. You will also find basics such as cardstock (by Prism) and varieties of adhesives, along with an ever-changing selection of name-brand lines of supplies.

We are not a scrapbook store, but a company dedicated to providing support services for scrapbookers. We provide groups with a weekend location at the Cozy Crop House(s), as well as offering full retreat packages, classes, assistance, album imprinting, and scrapbook-for-others services. I have been described as a “Scrapbooking Enabler.” I kinda like that!
Our central location puts us within 15 to 25 minutes of several scrapbook stores, with the Lancaster CCH being about a mile away from Michael’s and A.C.Moore. Here is a list of Lancaster County scrapbooking stores surrounding us in all directions:

YES!! We are happy to say that we now have two locations in Lancaster County, and can enable more scrappers with affordable weekend retreats!

Our Lancaster location will be primarily for use by groups using the house for unhosted events, and we will hold our Cozy Crop weekends at our Lititz house.

We are also setting up a business model for Cozy Crop House locations outside of Lancaster County, PA. Email if you might be interested in operating a Cozy Crop House in your area.
